Para ello es necesario que el candidato viva en el continente americano, la oferta de trabajo no está disponible para las personas que vivan en Europa debido a la diferencia horaria. Aunque la compañía pagará 250 dólares a cualquier persona que recomiende a un candidato que cumpla con el perfil que están buscando. The Role

 

We’re looking for a DJ* who is passionate about helping DJs.

Your mission is to provide a 5⭐️ «WOW» experience with every support interaction.

Your goal isn’t just to answer support tickets, but to leave every DJ and producer you work with so thrilled that they beg to leave positive reviews, immediately share their experience with friends and can’t wait to buy from us again.

That said, the 5⭐️ “WOW” experience isn’t just about friendliness and enthusiasm. It’s about building trust and relationships by solving problems quickly, professionally and effectively. You’ll learn how to assist customers through payment and order issues, fraud prevention, shipping issues, product/functionality challenges, returns and more. You’ll also be responsible for making sure all solutions are compliant with our internal processes and have maximum effectiveness for minimum cost.

You are the customer’s champion. You activate other colleagues to assist with specific tickets and you’re the liaison to manufacturers and shipping carriers that can help when we can’t. You look for opportunities to improve the company for all future customers.
With you in their corner, the customer knows that he/she is in good hands.

To excel in this position, you’ll need a friendly, empathetic, confident communication style, high personal standards, integrity, and a “get things done” attitude. You’ll need to effectively prioritize and manage time, show grace under pressure and demonstrate real problem solving skills.

And you’ll also need love for your fellow DJ.

* Sound engineers, music producers and others who understand the gear, but don’t necessarily perform with it are welcome too.

  • 0-3 Years of Customer Facing Experience. Additional training will be provided.
  • Can work from anywhere in the world with stable internet.
  • Join The DJ Squad – our internal team of DJs!
  • Experience or familiarity with DJ/music production equipment required. Expert-level knowledge of all products not required on Day 1, but you should be conversant on the subject of DJ gear and able to answer most questions with a few minutes of online research. Fanatical passion for DJ gear is definitely a plus!
  • Flexible schedule that allows for evening and weekend shifts strongly preferred.

About You (Qualifications)

  • You have college-level written and spoken English, or better.
  • You’re trainable and organized. With 1,000s of shipments going out, you’ll need to be able to learn processes, follow them and produce predictable results.
  • You’re able to learn and adapt fast. We’re a fast growing company and we’re looking for people who can adapt to the different situations and processes that emerge.
  • You’re technologically competent. We’re a digital company and you’ll need to become comfortable with a variety of tools and systems. It’s not rocket surgery, but comfort with applications to like Excel, Powerpoint and general tablet/laptop competence necessary.
  • Full-time availability (40 hours/week + 5 hours lunch), ideally with flexible schedule to work some evening shifts and weekends (fixed schedules with standard 9-6 CST scheduling will be considered as well).
  • Must be available part time for training immediately

PREFERRED QUALITIES

  • Some previous customer facing experience
  • Spanish language fluency
  • Interest in sales/business development, community management, social media or other areas of online marketing / e-commerce.

 

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls, chats and support tickets regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and other concerns
  • Offer specific, effective solutions to each issue
  • Stay on top of tasks that need follow-up until issues resolved to customer’s satisfaction
  • Turn frustrated customers into raving fans
  • Increase positive reviews
  • Act as a liaison between customers and various manufacturers’ support departments
  • Update customer information in our internal ticketing system after every communication
  • Execute our returns process
  • Document support costs
  • Be an internal advocate for customer concerns and happiness
